One of the UK’s Most Successful New Contemporary Art Galleries and Lalique celebrate July 4th weekend with Hamptons Magazine.

New York, NY – July 7, 2018 – On Saturday evening, Maddox Gallery was proud to be one of the headline sponsors of the Hamptons Magazine Party celebrating their July 4th edition featuring Rose Byrne as the cover star at the South Hampton Social Club. Maddox Gallery and Lalique were delighted to partner with Hamptons Magazine to invite the who’s who of the Hamptons to take part in this exclusive private dinner party. Helping Rose Byrne celebrate her cover was Maddox Gallery Creative director Jay Rutland, Hamptons Magazine Editor in Chief Anetta Nowosielska and publisher Lynn Scott. The guests enjoyed a 3 course dinner whilst being surrounded by a beautiful art installation by Maddox Gallery featuring art work by the world’s leading wildlife photographer David Yarrow, original oils by The Connor Brothers and works by Mark Quinn.

Maddox Gallery is fast emerging as one of the most stylish young contemporary art destinations in the UK. 2018 has seen the gallery exhibit the phenomenally successful David Yarrow’s acclaimed solo exhibition The Untouchables who has achieved ground breaking auction results at Sotheby’s with “Wolf of Main Street” where the hammer price reached $100,000 USD in 2018.

Maddox Gallery made global headlines in April 2016 when they exhibited ‘Make America Great Again’ by Ilma Gore who created the provocative Donald Trump. Censored by Facebook, it became the first truly viral artwork of the Instagram age and provoked political, social, and creative debate across the globe. In two years Maddox Gallery has opened three Central London locations, the first its flagship Mayfair destination, a beautiful 3750 square foot Victorian townhouse in Maddox Street, the second in the heart of Mayfair’s Shepherd Market and the third a recently opened 4000 square foot space in Westbourne Grove. Their roster of cutting edge international contemporary artists and photographers includes David Yarrow, Bradley Theodore, RETNA, The Connor Brothers, Dan Baldwin, Damien Hirst, Harland Miller, Danny Minnick, Massimo Agostinelli, Chris Moon, Tyler Shields, Tony Kelly, Bran Symondson, and Michael Moebius.
